Context for the overall project effort around this meeting:
•    The team has reviewed results of Survey #1
•    Gaps Analysis is ongoing and wrapping up in about 2 weeks
•    Preliminary Design kicks off soon (looking for your ideas in the group vision activity)!
•    Community Open House #1 is only a couple weeks away
